One thing I’d like to say is that often before getting more pc memory, look into the machine in which it is installed. If your machine is definitely running Windows XP, for instance, the actual memory ceiling is 3.25GB. Adding a lot more than this would basically constitute some sort of waste. Make sure one’s motherboard can handle an upgrade amount, as well. Good blog post.
