I think that a foreclosures can have a major effect on the borrower’s life. Property foreclosures can have a 8 to 10 years negative effects on a borrower’s credit report. A new borrower that has applied for a mortgage or just about any loans for that matter, knows that the worse credit rating is definitely, the more complicated it is to secure a decent loan. In addition, it may affect any borrower’s power to find a good place to let or rent, if that results in being the alternative houses solution. Interesting blog post.
